Here's a new OC for the idea "Lawless." Rhys is a gun wielder and a half elf. I had a lot of fun coloring and drawing him since he actually didn't turn out too bad. I also got a mini mannequin and an amazing manga tutorial book for my birthday, so that helped a lot. Fun Fact: I'm pretty sure this is my only male OC to show off part of his chest. I can't wait to use him in a story. I hope you enjoy!
